Welcome to the Parent and Family Association! We are so excited that you have chosen Kennesaw State University.
Parent and Family Programs is an office dedicated to supporting you through the Parent and Family Association's benefits and resources. Our office is a part of the division of Student Affairs and one of the departments of the Dean of Students. Parent and Family Programs is here to support you as you support your KSU Owl.
Your student’s college experience is an exciting time for the whole family, and your role in your student’s life will be integral in the coming years. Research shows that family involvement is critical to student success. We hope that you know parents and families are valued as partners in education here at KSU. Students benefit when their family supports and participates in their university experience while also encouraging the student to take responsibility for that experience.
The Kennesaw State University Parent and Family Association (PFA), in collaboration with the University, serves as a resource for parents and families while they continue to support and encourage their student during the college transition. Our programs, publications and events strive to include parents and families into our University community along with encouraging student learning, development and success.
Your involvement with the Parent and Family Association (PFA) begins at Orientation and continues into the academic year. We partner with campus resources and organizations to bring you information, host numerous events including Parent and Family Weekend, and offer a variety of benefits to complement your Membership.
